RULES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. General provisions
1.1. The present Rules of data protection (further referred to as Rules) regulate the main principles and order, on the basis of which CJSC Forbis, registration code 155907681 (further referred to as Forbis) administrates the personal data of the registered persons (further referred to as Clients) on the following web site www.forbis.lt (further referred to as forbis.lt).
1.2. The administration of the Client’s personal data is determined by the present Rules, the law of the Republic of Lithuania on the personal data legal protection and other legal acts regulating the administration of such data.
1.3. At registering on forbis.lt, the Client confirms that he/she has got acquainted with the present Rules and agrees to them.
2. Administration of the personal data
2.1. In the registration form the Client must provide complete, exhaustive and correct information about him/herself. If the Client inputs inaccurate or misleading data in the registration form, Forbis has the right to annul the registration and to delete the data or to restrict the Client’s possibilities to use the services provided on forbis.lt.
2.2. The Client has the right to know about the administration of his/her personal data; to get acquainted with his/her personal data and the way of their administration; to demand changing, updating, correcting, deleting his/her personal data or to stop any actions of his/her personal data administration (except for data storing), when the data are administrated with violation of the Rules or other legal regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. Forbis acknowledges and respects each Client’s, who visits forbis.lt, right to privacy. Forbis collects and administrates the Client’s personal data (name, surname, date of birth, telephone numbers, e-mail address, the name of the place of work and other information specified in the forbis.lt registration form) for advertising purposes unless the Client submits a separate application confirming his/her wish to delete the Client’s personal data from the forbis.lt data base or an application confirming his/her wish not to use his/her personal data for advertising purposes.
2.4. All the messages related to the administration of the Clients’ personal information, are submitted by e-mail marketing@forbis.lt or by mail address Tuskulėnų str. 33C, LT-09219 Vilnius.
2.5. The Clients’ data are administrated by secure means, which protect the data against illegal deletion, disclosure or any other illegal acts.
2.6. The Clients’ data are received automatically directly from the person submitting the data.
2.7. The Clients’ data are stored for 5 years from the Client’s registration deactivation day.
3. Transferring of personal data to third parties
3.1. Forbis shall not transfer the Client’s personal data to third parties without the Client’s separate consent, except for the circumstances determined by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. Forbis shall not transfer the Client’s personal data abroad without the Client’s separate consent, except for the circumstances determined by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Changing of rules
4.1. Forbis has the right to partially or fully change the present Rules with prior informing about the fact at forbis.lt.
4.2. If the Client continues to use the services provided by forbis.lt after the change of conditions, Forbis considers that the Client has agreed to the changes applied to the Rules.
5. Concluding regulations
5.1. The present Rules are applied the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. Any disputes, which occur due to execution of the present Rules, are resolved by means of negotiations. In case of any disagreement between the Client and Forbis, which may not be resolved by the means of negotiations, the disputes shall be resolved according to the order stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
